Greensboro, NC (February 15, 2016) — Free Think University is pleased to announce that Mikayla Cervantes has won a $1,500 scholarship, as part of The River Scholars Program.
“I’m really grateful to be a River Scholar and participate in the Free Think University community,” Mikayla said. “I want to know what I believe and live a purposeful life, and this program helps me with that as well as with the cost of my college education.”
Mikayla attends Oklahoma State University where she is studying business. She will graduate some time in the near future.
“We created Free Think University to support experiences like this,” said co-founder Jim Van Eerden. “We exist to serve students like Mikayla and her family and educational mentors.”
