Editorial Internship — Conservative Web Media
FrontPage Magazine, the online journal of the David Horowitz Freedom Center, is offering an 8-week internship for a qualified student intern interested in serving on its editorial team. The accepted intern will assist the senior editorial staff on the daily operations of the publication covering a range of issues, including foreign policy, national security, the war on terror, academia bias, Israel and Mideast politics, campus anti-Semitism and the radical left. The internship will offer experience in news-driven conservative media that reaches a national audience, editing, journalism and website management.
Internship applicants should possess knowledge of domestic politics and foreign policy, strong writing and editing skills, proficient computer skills and familiarity with social media. Applicants should send a resume/curriculum vitae and a brief writing sample (800-1,500 words) to jamieglazov11@gmail.com and nicholehungerford@gmail.com by Nov. 15, 2015. Acceptable writing samples may include news articles, opinion essays or blogs. Internship would beginDec. 14, 2015 and conclude Feb. 14, 2016. Relocation is not required.
