In this last session, Mr. Levin lists a trail of abuses of Supreme Court decisions and a history of radical judges.  He concludes by stating that the Supreme Court was meant to be independent, but not necessarily “supreme.”  Mr. Levin then lays out a plan on how the courts can be reformed and brought back to their true constitutional roots.
