At the heart of this conversation about how we eat and what we eat are deep questions. As with most of the important questions of life, this debate starts in wonderment. As we curiously examine our daily habits of life, we begin to find a great many issues that we have perhaps never thought about before. This course has examined a number of possible solutions to several problems surrounding how we sustain our lives through food.
