Politically Correct?

Defining PC & Freedom of Thought

What does it mean to be politically correct, and how does it affect intellectual freedom?  Various definitions have been offered.  At its base is a desire to prohibit speech that may cause offense to a group or position.  Illustrating the practice of such a contested term is simpler than defining it.  The following video traces just one of many instances on college campuses where the desire to be “PC” restricts critical thinking.  (Source)
