The preceding sections have given quite a bit of information. Most of it comes from the Judeo-Christian view that all men are made in the image of God. It is the tradition of the U.S. Presidents to host an annual prayer breakfast that focuses on the needs of our nation and the world. Normally the invited speaker is a well-known religious figure who delivers some form of a sermon. A few years ago, however, a different type of “preacher” was invited to speak.
