Our minds are amazing. The more we study them (our minds or brains, that is), the mysterious they seem to become due to their almost unfathomable complexity. But that should not discourage you from learning all you can about the mind you use minute by minute to become a better thinker.
In this experience, you are going to watch a series of videos from TED talks. TED (Technology, Entertainment and Design) is a global set of conferences owned by the private non-profit Sapling Foundation, formed to disseminate “ideas worth spreading.”
For quite some time now we have known that your brain has a left and right side, each side dealing with differing aspects of thought. The infographic below will familiarize you with this idea:

So how does this amazing organ work? How does the brain control so much of us? We are asking not just about the biological commands that it regulates in our body, but beyond that the questions of creativity, of thought, of perception. The following talks seek to answer some of these questions, that in better understanding what we do know, we can use such to learn more.
