Greensboro, NC (January 23, 2016) — Free Think University is pleased to announce that Spencer Anderson has won a $1,000 scholarship, as part of The River Scholars Program.
“I’m really grateful to be a River Scholar and participate in the Free Think University community,” Spencer said. “I want to know what I believe and live a purposeful life, and this program helps me with that as well as with the cost of my college education.”
Spencer attends the University of Kentucky where he has yet to declare a major. He will graduate some time in the near future.
“We created Free Think University to support experiences like this,” said co-founder Jim Van Eerden. “We exist to serve students like Spencer and his family and educational mentors.”
