Greensboro, NC (February 12, 2016) — Free Think University is pleased to announce that Mary Hogue has won a $1,000 scholarship, as part of The River Scholars Program.
“I’m really grateful to be a River Scholar and to be a part of the Free Think University community,” Mary said. “I want to know what I believe, why it matters, and live well in response. This program has helped make that a reality.”
Mary attends The University of the Cumberlands where she has not yet declared her major. She will graduate some time in the near future.
“We created Free Think University to support experiences like this,” said co-founder Jim Van Eerden. “We exist to serve students like Mary and her family and educational mentors.”
